Login and Registration Issues

Why can’t I login to the portal?

Access to the portal is provided to AEDC State and Territory Coordinators and support staff, and is gained via logging in to https://stcsupport.aedc.gov.au/ with credentials provided by Telethon Kids Institute. If you experience difficulty logging in, first check that your username and passwords are correct. If you are still unable to log in, please contact us via our email STCSupport@telethonkids.org.au or telephone us on (08) 6375 6106.

I’ve forgotten my STC portal password.

While your password cannot be retrieved, it can easily be reset. If you forget your STC portal login details, please email STCSupport@telethonkids.org.au as we can help reset your password.

I can’t find a Training Module topic:

If you can’t see a training module you are looking for displayed on your profile page, try searching for it, by using the bar that says “Search Training Modules”. Search either by topic or key word, and click ‘Display Results’.

Downloading AEDC resources

Where do I go to download AEDC resources?

Once you have signed in, click on ‘AEDC Resources’. Click on the title of the resource you wish to download. The next screen summarises the resource and there is a grey button you can select called ‘download’. From here you can save the file to your computer.
